BOXER SPOTLIGHT: CHANCE IIIChance III is an owner surrender looking for a new home.Hi! My name is Chance III! I am a handsome 7 year old fawn boy that is an owner surrender due to my owner no longer being able to care for me. I am bonded with my companion, Missy II, so we are needing to be adopted together which means double the Boxer love and fun for you! I am described as friendly, active, smart, protective, noisy, playful, and affectionate! I am territorial at the fence line with other dogs but get along great with my companion, Missy! It is said that I am not cat friendly and due to me being rambunctious, I would do best with older kids. I am house trained and at night I sleep on my bed in the living room. I am not crate trained and would need assistance with that if it is required in my forever home. If the humans must be away I am fine and have Missy to keep me company. When outside I have good behavior and do not dig or attempt to jump fences/gates. I am not fearful of anything and feel the need to investigate everything! Some of my favorite things are riding in the car, playing with Missy, treats, and food! BOXER SPOTLIGHT: CALI IIICali III is an owner surrender looking for a new home.Hi! My name is Cali III! I am a beautiful 12 year old fawn lady that is looking for my forever home! I am an owner surrender due to my family's rental home not allowing them to keep me. I am a proud member of the rescue's Silver Heart program so be sure and ask about it because there are many perks for my adoptive family! I am described as friendly, shy, active, smart, playful, affectionate, and nervous! It is said that I have lived with another dog and I get along great with them! I have never lived with a cat so it is uncertain if I am feline friendly. There are three children in my current home (ages 15-23 years) and I am good with them! I am house trained, crate trained, and sleep in a bedroom at night. If the humans must be away, I am good being left alone. When outside I have good behavior and do not dig or attempt to jump fences/gates. I am fearful of loud sounds and fireworks. Some of my favorite things are riding in the car, being loved on, and everyone! My current owner says I am "a sweet girl and the absolute best dog" and I agree!
