BOXER SPOTLIGHT: ROXANNE IIRoxanne II is an owner surrender looking for a new home.Hi! My name is Roxanne II! I am a beautiful 5-6 year old fawn girl that is an owner surrender due to my owner passing away and my current caretaker unable to keep me. I am said to be friendly, shy, active, smart, calm, protective, playful, affectionate, quiet, nervous, attentive, and obedient! I have lived with a dog in the past and it was said we got along great. I have lived with a cat and they are not my cup of tea so I will need a cat free home please. I have had exposure to teenage kids and am said to be kid friendly! I am house trained, eat wet food once a day with kibble available at all times, and sleep on the couch. If the humans must be away, I am fine being left alone. When outside I have good behavior and do not dig or attempt to jump fences/gates! I love back scratches and getting love! If you think I would make a great addition to your home, contact the rescue today and give them my name because I am waiting to meet you! If you're interested in fostering a dog, please fill out the Foster Application austinboxerrescue.com/ways-to-help/foster/ If you're interested in adopting a dog, please fill out the Adoption Application austinboxerrescue.com/adoption-application/ ... Success Story - Presley (ABR Teague)Hello!I wanted to touch base with you all about Teague who we now call Presley. It’s been a week since we brought her home and she is settling in very nicely. She went to the vet today with all good reports! She loves to chase a tennis ball outside so the rain has gotten a little in the way of that this week. She’s decided her bed time is 8p and wake up is 6a. She is the happiest dog in the morning! She’s been such a joy to have her as part of the family. She seemed to lack confidence at first but is coming into herself now and making herself right at home She’s even found her voice! Thank you for all you do for these special dogs. We also want to give a shout out to the volunteer Kyle who was such a help last Saturday at the adoption event. He was so patient with us and we are so grateful for the time he took with us. ...
