BOXER SPOTLIGHT: NOVA IIINova III is an owner surrender looking for a new home.Hi! My name is Nova! I am a beautiful 1 year old white boxer girl that is an owner surrender due to my family not having room for me. I am an active girl that also happens to be deaf but don't let that shy you away! It is said that I live with and get along with other dogs! I also live with 3 kids (ages 6-18 years) and am good with them! I have never lived with a cat so it is uncertain if I am feline friendly. I am crate trained but will find a way out of it if able. I am a young girl and learning, but I will need assistance with house training in my forever home. At night I sleep in a kennel and when the humans must be away, I am good outside but do not like being left alone inside. When outside I am curious what is under the grass and will dig to find out. During my time outdoors it is important for me to have proper supervision because I can not hear cars coming or potential danger. I do not like being alone or in my kennel for a long time but I do love riding in the car, digging, chewing on toys, being around other dogs, and people! If you think I would make a great addition to your home, contact the rescue today and give them my name because I am waiting to meet you! If you're interested in fostering a dog, please fill out the Foster Application austinboxerrescue.com/ways-to-help/foster/ If you're interested in adopting a dog, please fill out the Adoption Application austinboxerrescue.com/adoption-application/ ... Success Story - Bruddah Boy (Rubble), Haole Girl (Betsy Ross), and Duchess (Becca)Bruddah Boy (Rubble), Haole Girl (Betsy Ross), and Duchess (Becca) got a chance because ABR cared.Deaf, scared 4/6 month old Haole Girl glommed on to sickly, scrawny 4/6 month old Bruddah like he was a graft almost 10 years ago. They stayed like that until pancreatic cancer took HG about 2 years ago. Bruddah was lost.ABR and foster mom Kathy allowed us to bring Duchess home shortly after, and while Duchess and Bruddah are not grafted, they are in the same pot.Thank you Jen, Kathy and ABR.Michel Hess ...
