I just wanted to say thank you for my Nooner. You couldn’t ask for a better dog. He brings smiles to my kids and my face everyday. We need that in this house, due to my husband just left for his 3rd tour to Iraq. Nooner talks to him on the phone too.(Very cute to hear him) I’m so glad we got him!!! You guys knew that he would fit in our family. Thank you again.

UPDATE- I just wanted to send another pic of Nooner. We have had for 1 year now.He really likes to go swimming so we bought him a pool.

ORINHi! My name is Orin! I am a handsome 9–11-year-old flashy brindle boy that is looking for my forever home! Not much is known about my history except that I was a stray from New Braunfels with dog bites all over and am deaf. Although I am hearing impaired, I am a great boy and would make a great companion! I am medium to low energy and typically quiet but will bark when I need to go outside for bathroom business. I’m not interested in toys and would rather be where my people are. I am house trained and leash trained! Even though it's not my favorite place to be, I am able to be crated but prefer to be out and am not destructive. I currently live with 4 dogs (ages 11-14 years) and am good with them but am not fond of my foster mom’s 2-year-old German shepherd grand dog. I ignore cats and good with older kids. My foster mom thinks younger kids may startle me although I do not get startled when you rub me to wake me up. I love car rides and food and would love to have my own forever family! VICCIHi! My name is Vicci! I am a beautiful 2 to 3 year old white girl that is an adopted return due to allergies in the home. I am described as friendly, calm, smart, playful, quiet, obedient, and affectionate. It is said that I am dog friendly and I currently live with three kids (ages 4-12 years old) and am gentle and patient with them. I have never lived with a cat so it is uncertain if I am feline friendly. I am house trained, crate trained, and at night I sleep in my kennel with a comfortable cushion. I am a treat motivated, fast learner that knows “sit” and “lay” down. I also learned not to enter certain rooms in my house without the use of treats, so I am naturally obedient. When the humans must be away and I am alone, I am fine but prefer to be with the humans. I am fearful of thunderstorms. When outside I have good behavior and do not dig or attempt to jump fences/gates. Some of my favorite things are riding in the car, playing with the kids, long walks/jogs, affection from humans, and cuddles. My current family says I could “easily join a large or small family or be happy with a single” and “am wonderful in every way”.
