We lost our super sweet and smart Dakota this week. She joined our home in 2010, after she choose us! Over whelmed by all the boxers at Adoption day, I sat down to do some thinking. Phyllis brought Fairchild over. Fairchild immediately laid her head on my shoulder, love at first sight for both of us!

Her front leg had been fractured and repaired by Boxer Rescue, in 2013 it was necessary to amputate the leg. This did not slow her down, she loved to chase wildlife having caught squirrels, and even a skunk!

Later we added a boxer puppy (Booger), they bonded quickly. Booger misses her also.
