We adopted Anfield (formerly Henley) at the beginning of the 2011 year. When we first decided to adopt a Boxer our family thought that we had lost our minds. How could we adopt such a large dog when we had a 9 month old baby at home, but like with most of things we ignored them, and we are so thankful we did. Anfield (named after the Liverpool Football Stadium in Liverpool England ) is the best addition to our family and he and our daughter are best buds. Anfield accompanies us to all of our park outings, sleeps outside our daughters bedroom door and they give each other hugs every morning. Even our fathers, who HATE dogs have called him the best dog ever. My dad has even threatened to steal him and keep him for himself. Anfield is such a great dog with absolutely no bad habits, his most “agressive” moment has been him peeing on the yappy dog next door.

We just wanted to let y’all know that Anfield has settled right in and has found his forever home. We love him dearly.
