In 2024, we had 355 dogs come into care, and 375 adopted.

We had 21 silver heart adoptions and 12 permanent foster adoptions.

BOXER SPOTLIGHT: ROCKY VIIRocky XII is an owner surrender looking for a new home.Hi! My name is Rocky XII ! I am a beautiful 5 year old flashy brindle girl that is an owner surrender due to my family moving and unable to take me with them. I am described as friendly, active, smart, playful, and affectionate! I am dog selective and get along with the dog I currently live with but do not like dogs that I see on my walks or at dog parks. I have lived with a cat and due to my dislike of it, a cat free home is needed please! I currently live with 2 kids (ages 12 and 14 years old) and I am very friendly with kids! I am house trained, crate trained, and at night I sleep in my crate. If the humans must be away, I react fine being alone. When outside I do not dig or attempt to jump fences/gates but am able to jump kiddie gates if given the opportunity. I am not a fan of baths but some of my favorite things are riding in the car, playing, and stuffed animals! BOXER SPOTLIGHT: GOTTIGotti is an owner surrender looking for a new home.Hi! My name is Gotti! I am a handsome 4 year old fawn boy that is an owner surrender due to changes in my family's dynamics and they are no longer able to keep me. I am described as friendly, active, smart, protective, playful, and affectionate! It is said I am playful with other dogs but if there is food present I am stingy with it and should be fed separately. I've never lived with a cat but have chased cats that I have seen so unsure if I am feline friendly and may need a cat free home. There are no children in my home and I jump when I get really excited and may accidentally knock over a small child but I mean no harm! I am house trained but would need assistance with crate training if that is required in my forever home. At night I sleep outside but would love to sleep inside with the humans! If the humans must be away, I am fine and quiet unless I see or hear someone and then I will bark. When outside I am curious what is under the grass and will dig to find out. I also am able to jump kiddie gates or fences so proper supervision is needed when outside. I do not like cucumbers or thunderstorms but love riding in the car, chewy balls, treats, being active, and back scratches!
