It is with a heavy heart that I write to inform you of my Seph (ABR Tiffany)’s passing.

I was so lucky that she picked me at an Austin adoption day back in April 2010. Since then, she’s been a constant companion, dear friend, and truly a part of the family. Unfortunately, she developed degenerative myelopathy in the last year.

She soldiered on with me happily until it became clear that it was getting to be her time. We were watching the sunset in the backyard, her head in my lap (one of her favorite activities), when the vet came to help her on her next journey.

Though her absence has left such a hole now, I am infinitely thankful to her and to ABR for filling my life with so much happiness and love.
