Pinky is new to her foster home so we’ll tell you what we know so far. Her confidence will grow and her personality will blossom as she settles into her new, safe environment, so we’ll try to share her progress as she begins her journey from forgotten to family.
Pinky is about 7 years old; that’s old enough to know what she likes and young enough to do it. She sports a beautiful brindle coat with a white bib, floppy ears and a docked tail in a medium (50 lbs or so) body. She has a moderate energy level that’s good for some play, a long walk, a long nap and some cuddle time. She is heartworm positive and not symptomatic. Treatment does not need to be difficult now, but ABR will discuss the options with you. Pinky is otherwise vetted and healthy.
Pinky has met dogs before and done well although she has not yet in her foster home. We do not know how she does with cats or kids, but she is housetrained and working on crate training. She is sweet, obedient and loving and sleeps through the night. Feel free to ask about Pinky and check back to see her blossom.
