Meadow

Virtual Foster recipient – Frank McReynolds

Meadow has a gorgeous, unique fawn coat with an expressive face with just a touch of gray around her black muzzle. This small 6 year old has floppy ears and a calm, laid back demeanor inside the house. She is getting preventive medications, as all of our rescues from her part of Texas do, and will be spayed in November. She is heartworm negative and healthy. Meadow came to ABR after her owner surrendered her to a shelter in the Rio Grande valley.

Meadow amps up for a game of fetch or chase once outside, and after she has a proper introduction, plays with other dogs too. She proves she is all Boxer with her love of her people and being near them, although she waits to get on the couch for a snuggle until she is invited. She knows basic commands and will share a paw with you when asked. She will even follow her people right out the door if they aren’t paying attention.

Meadow is house, crate and leash trained and has been gentle with kids she has met, although she does not live with the every day activity of kids or cats. This unusually pretty girl is just about ready to meet her forever family. Do you have your application in yet?
