Sadly,  our 12 year old wonderful boxer, Ali, (ABR Hazie) slipped peacefully away this afternoon after struggling with heart failure, increasing confusion and problems walking. It was not an easy decision, but she looked sadder and sadder as time went on.  Nancy, Winston, the kittens and I will miss her so much – especially at treat time.

Many thanks to the Austin Boxer Rescue for introducing us in 2012 and many thanks also to our San Carlos friends (and Dr. Edgar) for helping us through this process.

Ali, we love you and will miss your goofy grin and bouncy personality.  See you again someday.
