It is with extreme sadness we announce the passing over the rainbow bridge of Khaleesi (ABR Angel Baby 10) on December 22, 2021. She finally lost her battle to a brain tumor, after 4 years and 3 surgeries of fighting cancer. 

When I attended ABRs adoption day about 5 years ago, I had recently moved to Austin and was about 1500 miles away from any family. I was searching for comfort in my new home and Khaleesi quickly became my home. She taught me patients, forgiveness, and grace. She went on every crazy adventure with me, always eager to see our next destination. 

When I got married and we welcomed our daughter into this world, Khaleesi became her best friend, her protector and more importantly her snack buddy. They became inseparable and in love. Khaleesi gave our daughter the greatest gift, her love and compassion for animals.

Our family will always be grateful for the opportunity to love and be loved by such a wonderful dog. And while truly heartbreaking it is to no longer have her here on earth with us, we are so thankful she can finally rest.”
