Monday marks one year with our little boy, Bruiser. He hopped into our hearts when we babysat him for his foster parents, a little over a year ago. We met him shortly after his amputation; we thought he was so mellow and sweet we just had to keep him. Little did we know, he would be a ball of energy and excitement once he got off his pain medication, haha. We were right about his sweetness though! Bruiser is a happy-go-lucky pup who just loves life. He’s happiest when he’s out for a walk, cuddling and kissing his humans, destroying a toy, or eating. While he occasionally drives his older sister crazy, he’s a good little brother and knows when to give her space. We’re so thankful to everyone at ABR that made it possible for Bruiser to join our family.
