William Thompson was named through ABR’s Name-a-Boxer program by a couple of ABR’s long time volunteers and foster parents. He is a sweet, loving, easy to live with guy who is about 2 years old. He has a pretty white coat with a big brown eye patch. He was probably hit by a car and has some minor physical limitations as a result, but this 2 year old is heartworm negative and happy.
William lives with 8, that’s right 8, other Boxers and gets along with all of them. He has a warm and friendly personality and is usually near his foster parents without being underfoot. He is house and crate trained and does well on leash although he’d prefer short strolls to long jaunts. He has very good manners with dogs and people.
This calm, sweet boy just needs a life that’s a little slower than most 2 year old Boxers. He’ll fit in almost anywhere he gets love and attention. He may have some limitations, but you’ll never notice while he’s sitting next to you or sleeping in your lap. His Boxer spirit shines through.
William Thompson was named by Rebecca & Warren Wilcox In loving memory of a wonderful father.
