Somebody out there just found the perfect Boxer mix; one who can hike and jog and run with less worry than with a short-faced Boxer, but still have the Boxer personality and beautiful flashy fawn markings. Sweetie is a 9 month old female who was adopted and returned for being “too much puppy.” Her experienced foster mom describes her: ”Sweetie is the best dog!! She absolutely LOVES my other dogs. She lives with 7 and 8 year old Boxers.
Sweetie is currently about 25 pounds and good with dogs, cats and kids. She loves to snuggle with dogs and people, play chase and tug o war. She is house, crate and leash trained; her foster mom is effusive about how well behaved she is. She has not chewed on anything other than dog toys and treats and she’s not a barker.
Sweetie would do best with another dog to be her buddy and guide, maybe a kid to explore with. She is perfect for a family who loves the outdoors and likes to have their companions with them. Who knows, she might swim too.
