St. Nick’s foster mom describes him as “Predominantly a fawn color, with a pretty grey face. He has a couple of distinctive white patches on his back that make him look like he got into trouble with a paint can.” He’s a very mellow guy who is about 8 to 9 years old. He appears to be in good health at a skinny 50 pounds. His heartworm test results are pending but he does not appear symptomatic. He is waiting on an appointment to be neutered.
He is hosted by a cranky older female Boxer and a younger male Boxer who have both easily accepted him. He just fit right in. He loves to snuggle and cuddle and his elementary age skin kid is probably his favorite pillow. He has the looks and wiggles that could steal the cookie jar and look good doing it. He is house trained and being neutered will help him remember he is (poor christmas tree), and he is crate trained although he will hope you forget to put him in at night. St. Nick gets pretty happy when he sees his leash and settles right down once on the trail.
This older fellow is a delight to have around. He loves his people and gets along fine with dogs. He’s very happy to have a kid and a warm place to lay his head. We don’t know about him and cats, but he’d sure be great to curl up by the fireplace with.
