Oh my goodness!. Does Biddy have the classic Boxer look or what? She might be a little thin yet, and new to her foster family, but you could spot her in a crowd. She’s only 8 years old and only 40 ish pounds right now, but just wait until she’s back to 50 ish and settled in from her passage from lost to found. She’s had a bit of a surgery with her spay, at last, and she’s doing just fine. She has a few tests and shots to go before she fully vetted, but she sure looks healthy.
Biddy is pretty calm and happy to go on short walks. She has a bit of the arthritis, you know, but she’s not complaining. She loves attention, affection, fluffy blankets and chew toys. And naps, who doesn’t love naps? She is OK with the resident cats and has been good with kids she’s met although she does not live with the daily activity of children.
Biddy is a wonderful companion. A few short walks, a few toys, regular meals, lots of love and affection, just being part of her family and she will melt your heart. Of course she is house, crate and leash trained if you must know. And yes, even with arthritis she can still get on the couch and lay near you, her family.
